DP83822I: Why there is no data for temp range of Tj and Tc?

The customer was evaluating their product(I'll show you detail in Thread Tracking Toolkit) and they found temperature rising around DP83822I. 

They would like to use Tc for temperature evaluation rather than Ta since result of Ta may vary easily by whom take the measurement and the method of the

measurement. 

They will use thermocouple to measure temperature of surface of the device.

We do not have specifications for the case temperature as we only validate for ambient. However you may use our application note to calculate the case temperature here.

Since the customer is trying to measure Tc of DP83822,

I think it means the customer can use the formula for ΨJT shown in p.10 of the material you provided to calculate Tj. 

And DP83822 will work without problem as long as Tj is below absolute max. rating of 135℃ ?
