RS485 transreceiver with 330 ohm internal termination resistor

Dear Sir,

There is particular requirement for the RS485 transreceiver with a SW selectable line to line termination/bias for RS485 with 330-ohm termination and 680ohm pull-up to +3.3V & 680ohm pull-down to 0 V.

Is there any part you can suggest?

Are you asking for a part with that termination/bias integrated in the part, or are you looking for a part that would be compatible with that kind external termination/bias?

Preferably a part with 330 ohm integrated termination, which can be selected by SW control.

Surya,

Many TI devices offer internal failsafe biasing, but termination will need to be done externally.

This application note offers some great info on external termination (and external failsafe biasing, if needed).

For your specific needs, your resistances will have to be placed externally.
