SD1983EVK: SD1983EVK's cyusb3 driver not working anymore

I have an SD1983EVK and I was able to install it earlier in the year on Windows 10.

Now, after an update to Windows 10 Version 2004, the device is no longer recognized even though the driver is still installed.

I tried updating the driver, uninstalling it and installing it again using the methods discussed already in this forum.

The driver gets installed but the device is still not recognized.

On the driver event log I can see the following:

Any assistance to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.
