I saw in an old thread someone looking for an SFP module that contains the DP83867E PHY.  The question was never answered and I am looking for the same thing.  This would be a 1000Base-T Ethernet (RJ45) SFP module with SGMII interface.  If anyone can point me to a vendor's model that uses this PHY, that is what I am looking for.  It does not have to be the "E" version; I believe there is an "IS" variant of this PHY as well.  Thanks

    To clarify, you are looking for a 1000Base-T Ethernet SFP module with an integrated PHY supporting SGMII?

    Can you provide more details about the application? You are looking to use the DP83867 in an SGMII to copper application?

    Yes, that is correct.  Although I should have specified it as 10/100/1000Base-T.  I have found modules that have a Marvell or Broadcom PHY, but I cannot find any that specify the DP83867 or any TI PHY.  Most of them I have seen do not specify what PHY is integrated at all.  The MAC in my application is configured for SGMII and am looking to use the DP83867 in an SFP module to model a similar configuration.  It would help if I can locate an SFP module that has this integrated.  I would settle with something similar, as long as its datasheet is available.

    Hi Phil,

    We do not have any products integrated into an SFP. The DP83869EVM offers an SFP cage used for Fiber support, but we do not have any integrated SFP products for 1000Base-T.
