Hi teams

Recently, we are using 960 chip to light up the camera, the camera has been able to work normally.

I want to realize data sharing between different processors from the same camera module。

Our design is below:

Q1 : Out design is it ok ?

Q2: Does this design only require one side of the processor to initialize the 960 chip ？ Does the camera module can work properly ?

Hello Yinqjin,

yes, this is a valid usecase. But you need to make sure, one processor should initializa the link and act as the primery Master.

thanks for your reply.

Is the bit [7-4] function of register 0x0c to assign an input to one of the ports separately。

I can use like that processor A init one sensor and processor B init the other three separately ?

Yes, this is correct. Here you can assign which port communication should go through which I2C port.
