TCAN1043-Q1: Question about device status from power-off and from sleep state

Hi team,

I would like to confirm how device behave from power-off state, and from sleep state while both Vcc and Vio are not supplied.

Could you check attached file if my understanding for the behavior is correct for both cases?

    Fujihara-san,

    Case 1 is indeed correct and is intended to be the main application use of this device.

    Case 2 when the wake event occurs will transition the TCAN1043-Q1 into standby mode where INH will be in a high state, not high-Z. Does this make sense?

    Yes. I meant INH=HiZ during device is in Sleep mode in Case 2.
