Device driver of PCMCIA IC

Hi Team,

A customer has a PCMCIA memory card reader. When he connected it to his computer he can see it on the device manager but don't seem to have the drivers loaded to make it work. He is looking for the device driver. Can we share a copy?

I have asked for the part number of the PCMCIA IC if he can identify. I'm still waiting for his feedback.

Yes, we will have to know the IC type. Is this interface something the customer designed, or is it a purchased product?

Thank you for your response. It seems the customer just purchased the product. Here is the picture of the SRAM memory cards. Is it possible to identify the device by looking at Window's Device Manager?
