I noted TCAN1042HV-Q1 could be used to P2P replace TJA1042T/3.

I wanna to know except P2P in hardware, if my software need to have some change?

No, your software won't need to change. If you need documentation on this, you can email me directly and I can provide a document showing any timing differences between the TJA and TCAN part.
