do the DS90UB953 and DS90UB954 support MIPI RAW16 data?

I could not find this information...

thanks for your answer to my topic.

Just for clarification related this topic:

1) The datasheet of DS90UB953 and DS90UB954 states "CSI-2 v1.3 compliant".

2) CSI-2 v1.3 supports RAW6/7/8/10/12/14.
Is this right?

3) CSI-2 v2.0 supports RAW16/20.
Is this right?

There you stated, that RAW16 is not possible.

Statement of Liam Keese was, that it is supported.

Sorry for asking again, but I have to understand, if RAW16 is supported by the 953/954.

Hello ipg,

we have done some tests at a later stage and confirmed it is working with RAW16 and RAW20.
