    Hello,

    I have looked over the schematic and it looks good, I have a few comments below.

    - Make sure that you have pull-up resistors on your I2C lines.

    - Double check the IDX and MODE strapping, I cannot see your tables on the document so make sure that you follow the recommendations in table 7-8 and 7-9 in        the datasheet.
