DP83TC811EVM: MATEnet Cable Assembly

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to interface with the Automotive Ethernet header (J7) on the DP83TC811EVM. I need a cable that will plug into the dev board on one end and have pigtails on the other. Here's what I've found so far:

Header (J7): TE 9-2304372-9 MATEnet Header

Frame: TE 9-2302454-9 MATEnet Frame

But the Frame is basically and empty shell, there's no pins that actually plug into the header. So then it seems like I need an additional housing that goes inside the frame?

Housing: TE 2302450-1 Housing for Female Terminals

But the Housing doesn't have the pins either so then it seems like I also need the corresponding sockets (assuming the header is male?):

Pins: TE 1-1703930-2 Nano MQS Receptacle Terminals

I would like to avoid buying all the subcomponents myself and assembling the cable so I'm hoping to find a premade cable assembly. The User Guide calls out a B-type automotive connector:

This led me to the TE Cable Spec

Is the type cable shown there what I need? Where is the best place to buy one?

In the speadsheet you attached the cables have these connector options: plug, socket, pigtail.

Is a plug or socket compatible with the 9-2304372 header you mentioned? Neither seem to have the 'frame' that fits the header.

I wasn't able to find any helpful information so I ordered a cable from Mouser with the Female Insert-Module shown in TE Cable Spec image I attached in my original post. After receiving the cable and the dev board with the header in question, I was able to test it myself.

The female insert-module of the cable can plug into the header without the frame, it's snug but does not latch. The frame is optional but useful for making a more secure connection to the header. I ordered a frame for my cable and will plug the female insert-module into the frame, then the insert/frame combo into the header.
