For TX_CLK, the "pin functions" on page 5 show the pin type is output and Hi-Z for MII mode. I see the pin state is PD during reset in Table 1 on page 8.
so I want to ask under what conditions is this pin present Hi-Z state for MII mode?
For RX_CLK, There is no pin state information in "pin functions" on page 5, the pin state is PD during reset in Table 1.
So there is no Hi-Z state on this pin? what state this pin could present?
