Hi Team， I have a question about DS90UB954-Q1 MODE setting， and need you help to confirm.

Now I‘m using this design to catch a video data as 30fps YUV422，mipi 2-lane data， and video data can be successfully locked.

But my MODE setting is RAW10， so is this MODE also can compatible with MIPI-CSI data？

Compared with datasheet， I think CSI-2 nonsynchronous Back Channel is correct MODE， so I take away pull-up resistor R3006， and video data can be successfully locked too.

So I want to confirm which MODE is recommend？ Thanks.

What is the used SER? and what is the Clocking mode used on it?

Thanks for your feedback.

The used SER is DS90UB935-Q1， and the Clocking mode used is about 27.648MHz.

Hello Weifeng,

For 935, you must use the CSI-2 RX mode, not RAW10. The RAW modes are used for connecting with DVP mode serializers DS90UB913A-Q1 and DS90UB933-Q1. For 935 you always connect in CSI-2 mode and you can transmit any CSI-2 data type in that mode including RAW10 if that is what the serializer is receiving from the MIPI source. There is no configuration needed to select different CSI-2 data types when paired with 935. The data type is passed through from the source without being altered
