ISO7740FDBQ is current out of stock, May I use ISO7740FQDBQ replace it directly ? I saw the datasheet shows it is ok, could you help me confirm whether need change any schematic or any points ？

ISO7740FDBQ and ISO7740FQDBQ are the same device but ISO7740FQDBQ device goes through additional qualification for automotive. Yes, you can use ISO7740FQDBQ to replace ISO7740FDBQ without any schematic changes.
