Thanks for reaching out.
The part doesn't have any cavities by design. I understand that PIND (Particle Impact Noise Detection) test is a requirement for MIL-STD-883 and MIL-STD-750. We do not qualify our device ISOS141 for either of these standards and hence, we do not perform PIND test. I will not be able to confirm if PIND test is not applicable for PEM (Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuits). Customer may have to reach out the appropriate agency to confirm this.
