I have the answer to your question but I was waiting for a complete answer to provide you with the best update. The physical structure of the device you have without the side-wall angle is as per our expectation. Hence, the device is fine and you can continue using the device.

In the meantime I was checking to find out a little more about this but I don't have any further update yet.

I confirmed with the packaging teams again that the material that you have received is the way it is mean to be and the package drawings in datasheet will also be updated to match device shape.
