We are using your digital isolator ISO7041 as a part of the Explosion-proof equipment that we manufacture (it is IECEx certified).
Currently, I work for acquiring Korean certification (KCs certification) for it, then the certification body has requested the submission of KCs certificate of ISO7041 or IECEx certification test report (IECExTR).
Your customer support person told me that you do not have KCs certificate of ISO7041.
Therefore, is it possible to provide us the following ExTRs?
CA/CSA/ExTR19.0013/00
CA/CSA/ExTR19.0013/01
I understand these reports are not public information, so I would like to ask you if it can be provided directly to the Certification body.
If above is possible, I will let you know the contact information of the CB.
