ISOW7844 doesn't support a load current of 200-300mA and it can only support an output current of 130mA. The datasheet states that the minimum load current we guarantee is 130mA which means that any current >130mA is not guarantee and hence, you should consider using the device for currents upto 130mA for reliable guaranteed operation.
ISOW78xx family is our first-generation device. We now have the second-generation family, ISOW77xx, which we recommend you to use. The device ISOW7721 (2-channels) is unique from rest of the family and supports connection of multiple outputs together to achieve higher output current capability as shown below. With about 3 device outputs connected together, you will be able to support an output current of 200-300mA. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks.
