SN6507: SW1/SW2 undershoot

Part Number: SN6507

On my prototype I observe undershoot at SWx outputs: About-700mV / 30ns

From datasheet, Absolute Maximum Ratings table, the minimum value is not defined for SW1, SW2 outputs.

Could you give me this value?

Are negative undershoot are acceptable?

Hi Gilles,

Thank you for sharing the scope shot. As Andrew stated, this shouldn't be a concern. Such ringing could happen due to parasitic inductance created by the traces between device and transformer. It can be improved by optimizing the PCB layout and/or by using an RC snubber between SW and GND pins of SN6507.
