ISOW7742: Can ISOW7742 support VDD=3.3V, VISOOUT=5.0V configuration?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using ISOW7742 instead of ISOW7842.

At this moment, they have a question about ISOW7742 as the follow.
Could you please give me your reply?

Q1.
Can ISOW7742 support VDD=3.3V, VISOOUT=5.0V configuration?

Q2. If your answer is yes to Q1, do you have any data for efficiency and VISOOUT load regulation?

    Thank you for reaching out. Please see my inputs below, thanks.

    A1. ISOW7742 doesn't support VISOOUT = 5V when VDD = 3.3V. VDD has to be 5V to be able to reliably produce 5V at VISOOUT. This is not the case with ISOW7842, this device can support 3.3V input to 5V output operation for a load current of upto 40mA as stated in the datasheet.

    A2. The answer is No to Q1.
