Hi team,

We are planning to use digital isolator for both RS232 and RS485. is there any conflict is coming or is good to use the same single IC for both RS232 and RS485 isolator

    Thank you for your question.

    From my understanding, you are asking about two separate transceivers sharing one ISO6762 IC for isolation to pass signals to two separate buses for the RS-232 and RS485. Since this application requires 1 forward and 1 reverse pin for the RS-232 transceiver and 3 forward 1 reverse channel for the RS-485 transceiver, the ISO6762 will work for your application.
