ISOW1412: Logic supply current at 5V mode operation

Hi Team.

It seems that under "Supply Current Characteristics at VISOOUT = 5 V" the information about logic supply current in different states of driver and receiver is missing. But it is specified for Visout = 3.3 V. Can you please share the information.

    Hi Vikram,

    Welcome to TI E2E forum!

    I acknowledge that the logic supply current IIO is not provided in datasheet for the case where VIO = 5V, sorry about that. I would also like to clarify that the VIO voltage is independent from VISOOUT voltage and they can applied or set to different voltages independently.

    The current IIO is not expected to be too different for VIO = 5V as compared to VIO = 3.3V, you can consider the values from VIO = 3.3V as an approximation for VIO = 5V. Since these currents are relatively small compared to IDD current, these are not included for all test conditions.
