ISO1228: Can't download PSPICE for TI or find Spice model

Part Number: ISO1228

Tool/software:

I am trying to get ahold of the SPICE models for the ISO1228, the only thing I see on the website is the IBIS model and a download for PSPICE for TI. Trying to download PSPICE for TI gives me an error message or a never-ending loop of "additional personal information required".
