Tool/software:

our customer MID Certificate need DTI more than or equal to 1mm，but the datasheet only more than or equal to 21um，if have any report or certificate for this，thanks.

The ISO7842's insulation is SiO₂, which has a much higher dielectric strength than the material assumed in the MID certificate, so a much smaller distance is allowed by the relevant certification standards. See [FAQ] What is Distance Through Isolation (DTI)? and the linked app note.
