I²C uses bidirectional open-drain signals.
The ISOW7842 has two unidirectional push/pull channels in each direction. It would be possible to use it for I²C if you add additional circuitry to convert the signals; see Designing an isolated I²C Bus® interface by using digital isolators (SLYT403).

As Clemens has mentioned, please refer to Designing an isolated I²C Bus® interface by using digital isolators.
According to Figure 5, two digital channels in opposite directions are required to realize one I2C channel.
ISOW7842 (2 forward and 2 reverse channels) would be required to realize two I2C channels.
