The above diagram is from a full-duplex RS485 transceiver. I have also provided a link to the documentation.

In your schematic, I don't see how you are modulating DE and RE. Did you intend to control these with an MCU or tie them to either GND or Vcc1?

i am using iso1412b ic in my design to have better isolation in my system.

Please suggest the schematic i have provided is correct or not.

in my schematic, DE, RE are left open and i have TXD, RXD of MCU to D, R of iso1412. i dont want control on reception, transmission from MCU so that DE, RE are left open.

I still would suggest adding pull up/down resistors to the RE and DE pins so that receive/transmit state is held to what you want. Otherwise, your schematic looks ok.
