ISO3082: Are the bias resistors needed?

Part Number: ISO3082
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00333,

Hi,

In the TIDA-00333 reference design ( ttp://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tidu590/tidu590.pdf ) are jumpers ( JP1, JP2, JP3, JP4 ) to connect the bias resistors.  In which case i should use these resistor with ISO3082DWR?

I think that as ISO3082 is failsafe, i would not have to use them in my project.

Note: My question is about R1, R3, R14,  R16. The EOL resistors R2 and R15 are ok.

Thanks
