Hi Masa,

The capacitors C4 and C5 are not required for normal functioning of TIDA-00892 design. These are the Y-caps that help improve EMI performance of the design and are only required if one faces any EMI issues. This is the reason they are not populated on TIDA-00892 PCB. Thanks.
