Hi Teams,

Has TI similar solution likes ADUM5230? 

Second side Voltage max  is 18V. My customer want to driver IGBT.

Could you provide some comment?

    Hi Jimmy,

    I do not think we have a device similar to ADuM5230 with integrated DC/DC converter for gate driving. I will notify this thread to the gate drivers team to better comment on your question and to see if they have any other solution to suggest you.

    Meanwhile, the SN6505B based solution with external push-pull transformer is a popular DC/DC solution that we see many gate driver customers use. Let me know if this meets your requirement, thanks.

    Hi, Jimmy,

    As Koteshwar said, we don't have a device with a dc/dc converter integrated.

    Here is an example of how we can provide a solution, using the SN6505B that Koteshwar mentioned. https://www.ti.com/tool/UCC5390SCDEVM-010

    Depending on the customer's requirements, we could pair the SN6505B with one of our other drivers like UCC21540. If you can share more details, I can help you craft a solution using TI devices.
