We are one of Design house for Automotive in Korea.
Our customer now on development with TPIC71004 and on testing the Firing.
The below is our customer's question.
1. After firing, out put pins(Zx - ZMx) were damaged. Is it normal situation?
2. If is is not normal, please let them have the complementary circuit to prevent from the damage.
* Diagnosis condition
Zx - ZMx(Rsquib : 2 ohm)
Before Firing : Diagnosis on 2 ohm
After Firing -> After Removal Actuator, diagnosis channel
-> ex) Z0 - ZM0 short or Z1 - ZM1 open
Based on the above situation and result, we think the pins were damaged.
We need your prompt opinion for the above.
