Squib Driver TPIC71004 (Post-4) Truebeyond

Hi Helper,

We are one of Design house for Automotive in Korea.

Our customer now on development with TPIC71004.

The below is our customer's question.

Q0. I have [SLVSAR0] document.

       I would like to get the last version.

Q1. Please refer to above Figure,

     The result of measuring High-Side, Zx is a negative current.

   Is that right? 

  Please let us know which parts should be checked.

- when : Squib Ready, Diagnostic Stage.

- Measurement : Current Probe (Oscilloscope / LeCroy)

1. Settings : SHSA[1:0] (11) 40mA
     Result : - 40mA
2. Settings : SHSA[1:0] (10) 20mA
     Result : - 20mA
'* Right direction of Current-Probe, That was confirmed.

    Thank you for posting this inquiry. So, the current you are measuring is the correct value, but wrong polarity? Am I understanding the issue correctly? I'll look into this and get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
