My customer consider to use CAN tranceiver for automotive application.
I found following 3 devices.
1) SN65HVD1050-Q1
2) SN65HVD1050A-Q1
3) SN65HVDA1050A-Q1
These devices seem to be the same web prices.
Which device do you recommend?
(Is there definite difference between these devices?)
It seems 2) and 3) devices have ESD protection up to 12kV, so I believe 2) and 3) is recommended.
