what happen do you think?

ex...cannot switch H to L? too bad response? or something?

Question 2,

When did these device release to automotive market?

My customer want to use newer one.

  • Takao san,

    Answers for LM2903 only

Only one input needs to be in common mode range for correct output phase.
If both are above then output is low, but there is no guarantee.

LM2903-Q1 data sheet publish data is May 2003

LM2903 (base product) is an industry standard device with many decades of proven performance
  • Dear Ron,

Thank you for your reply about LM2903.

Is this failure mode the same with other two devices? or not?

If you don't know about other devices, someone could answer this?

    Thank you for your kindness,
