I have a question about over current characteristics of TPS7A6201-Q1.

Is that characteristics a drooping characteristic? or foldback current limiting characteristic?

As it mentioned at datasheet, it looks drooping characteristic.

Hi Hamamoto-san,

Yes, the current limit value would decrease with the VIN voltage rises to limit the total power dissipation and protect the device.
And the current limit value is still follow the spec definition in datasheet.

Does customer have any concern about this feature?
