Long-Term Stability of Input offset voltage is described as follows.
300-hour life test at 150 ° C demonstrated randomly distributed variation of approximately 1 mV.
Is this may be considered to be nearly saturated at this value?
In addition, Please provide if there is data in the following Long-Term Stability.
- Input voltage noise
I'm happy, if there is a same data as FIG. 22-24 of REF50xx-Q1's data sheet.
