what is the Maximum allowed junction temperature of the CD4093B-Q1 during Operation?

I cannot find it in the datasheet.

Hi Katharina ,

TI doesn't specify the operating junction temp however it can be calculated roughly using Tj = Ta +Pd*RthetaJA.
The abs max junction temp for the device is 150C .
