I have checked the characterization and the mean value is 0.15 V and the single sigma is 0.00587.

The information you offered was big help for us.

You offered +/-1 sigma value and median value for "Hysteresis of IN2-IN1 comparator" of TPS2115A-Q1.

In addition, do you have information about these value at high-temperature.

(At Ta=75C, if possible.)

Or, it is OK for any value at high-temperature that you can share.

Could you please consider it?

Normally such detailed characterization results are part of a PPAP that is used by automotive customers and requested through our quality services once a device has been designed into an application and is considered proprietary information and not released on a public forum such as this. A local Field Applications engineer has reached out to me on this one so I will provide the high temp information to him who can pass it along to you.
