Voltage ripple DRV8332-HT

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8332-HT

Hi at all,

I develope a HT BLDC servo control with the DRV8332-HT chip. It works fine but with my scope I can see some voltage ripples on each output pin.

The bldc motor has a terminal inductance phase to phase of 0.357mH. The Inputs are buffered with 4µF mlcc as near as possible. In the datasheet its mentioned no external snubbers or schottky diode is
required. What can I do to reduce this voltage ripples? The ripples are high and can destroy the chip or the capacitors. The PWM frequency is 50kHz and the it is a hall sensor control with 6 steps scheme.

I have two pictures in appendix to show the scoped ripples. At this moment the motor current is aprox 1.5A and  voltage is 17V. The voltage is measured at driver output. Pherhaps it is normaly and there is no trouble?

Thanks in advance. I hope you can help me.

Best regards,

Chris
