hi please find belwo follow up from the : opa2347 inputs voltage active up to 5v when VCC = 0V.
Comment from my customer:
I came across the part number LM293-EP, which is a dual differential comparator. It has an absolute maximum rating for input voltage of -0.3V to 36V on either input. As per my understanding this indicated that there is no ESD protection diode from either input to the V+ pin. Hence if the comparator is unpowered no voltage will be generated on V+ pin. But the datasheet does not mention about any ESD protection.
Kindly let me know if my understanding is correct. Also it will be great if you could provide insights on the ESD protection that might be present in above mentioned part.
