  • We do not have IBIS models for these mature products.

The DS26F31 and DS26F32 meet the RS-422 standard:  The products will surpass the RS-422 standard of 10 Mbps over 40 feet of cable.  In terms of raw switching, based on rise and fall times, the data rates are above 20 Mbps.

We do not offer radiation tested versions of the DS96F174 and DS96F175.   We have tested one wafer of each product at a low dose rate of 10 mrad/s and they passed to 100 krad, the highest dose we tested.   They use the same process and design elements as the DS26F31, DS26F32 and DS16F95, so we would expect the radiation performance to be the same.

We have not perforrmed heavy ion testing on the products.  They are bipolar products so SEL would be unexpected.   These products are on the same process and use the same design elements as the RS-485 transceiver  DS16F95QML-SP.   Below is a link to a paper on heavy ion testing of that product.
