TPS5430-EP, TPS73133-EP, TPS73601-EP About thermal resistance

Hi,

My customer is using TPS5430MDDAREP, TPS73133MDBVREP and TPS73601MDCQREP.
He wants to know thermal resistance of these device.
This thermal resistance is below.
1. Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance
2. Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance
3. Junction-to-top characterization parameter

I confirmed another rating(catalog or automotive) datasheet, then these datasheet shows these information.
For the example, TPS736xx-Q1 datasheet shows Theta JC(top), Theta JC(bot) and Psi jt.

I think that thermal resistance of Hirel Enhanced product is same as another rating product(catalog or automotive).
Is it correct?

    Shimizu,

    TPS5430xx-Q1 and other datasheets has been updated to the new datasheet format thus they have the updated thermal information. As long as we are comparing the same packages then the information from -Q1 datasheets can be used for the -EP datasheets.
