    gG,

         As the UC devices are legacy devices meaning the parts were released about 20+ years back.  thus pspice Model are not available on TI website.  There are third party who develop and market models for some of the UC based devices.

       If there is a high volume  only then can we  consider develop pspice models for older parts. Alternate option would be if customer is willing to pay NRE  this is something marketing can evaluate and address.
