Dear TI,
We intend to ues your ultra LDO with reference TPS7H1101-RHA in one of our space designs. I currently have the data sheet SLVSD81-January 2016 which contains a link to more detailed info on the SEE effects. Unfortunately, the location of this link seems to be invalid. Could you provide us with this additional information on the SEE effects on this component?
As a side question: do you know if this component is susceptibility to SEDR?
