In the datasheet for this part, SPRS677B Revised February 2013, the wire-bond pads for the KGD die (pp 22-27) do not specify the second external I/F port (EMIFB).
The PTP packaged plastic quad flat pack does specify the pin-out for this port.
Does EMIFB port exist for the die, and if so, where is the pad assignment ?
