Hello,

For a space launcher, my team and I are designing a circuit that requires the use of the part mentioned above. Does TI have any radiation data, SEE radiation data on this part (or any equivalent part-any other logic elements) precisely?

Annais,
We typically do not have radiation data for non space qualified devices.
We do not have TID or SEE data for this device.
There are several devices that have been TID improved in the logic. The AC00, HC02, and AC14 in -SP.
These improved versions should be greater than 50krad for TID. We do not have SEE data. There may be 3rd party or industry data available.
