LM119QML-SP: GND pin current when output is off (pulled high)?

Part Number: LM119QML-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM119

What is the current flowing out the GND pin when the output is off (pulled high)?

I assume some current flows to bias the internal circuits of the LM119 from V+ to the GND pin?

I am using the LM119 in a manner that the current flowing out of the GND pin impacts other circuits.

The V+ to GND pin potential is ~ 4V and the V+ to V- bias is ~6V.

Thanks
