I have the sn55115 on an existing system and would like a lower Icc part for the sn55113 driver that I need to replace and would be compatible. Do you have a suggestion?

Is the sn55183 compatible? or can I use an RS422/RS485 driver?

Frank, on the surface it looks like the SN55183 could be compatible.
Though it would be helpful to have some more information.
Is this single receiver single driver on media?
What is media, distance, frequency?
What termination?
RS422/485 devices may also work.

The receiver has very large common mode, so as long as the driver can drive the load at frequency with appropriate differential, then it should work well.
