The military data sheet for the 5962-93216 (TLE2142AM) states that the bias current is -2.3nA whereas the catalogue data sheet for the TLE2142A states that the input bias current is -2.3uA. This seems like a large disparity in the specifications. My customer has stated that the circuit behavior in his application indicates a higher leakage current than the mil sheet states. Please advise if the input leakage current I(IB) is different between the mil package (ceramic DIP) and the commercial package (plastic DIP), or the same.
