MSP430F2618-EP: How to read the chip revision from the package marking

Part Number: MSP430F2618-EP

Hi,

I know the information for reading out the chip revision (along with other information such as Year and Month Date Code, LOT Trace Code, and Assembly Site Code) from the package marking can be found in the device specific Erratasheet.

But In the web of TI, The ERRATA of MSP430F2618-EP is same as msp430f2618, and is MSP430F2618 Device Erratasheet (Rev. M). The chip revision in the Erratasheet (as follows) is MSP430F2618 but not  MSP430F2618-EP. 

How to know the chip revision of MSP430F2618-EP. It's package marking is as follows. thank you.

    Thanks for pointing this out. This is an error, and device should have revision marked.
    There has only been one version of this device manufactured in EP, and that is die revision F.
    We will update and correct marking in future.
