I am requesting information pertaining to outgas testing data on the product part numbers shown below. The data that is of concern is the TML (total mass loss) and CVCM(Collected Volatile Condensable Material).

Hi Tyler,

The TPS7A4501-SP on the TI website is only available as Known Good Die (KGD) or in a hermetic package. These hermetic packages and KGD do not outgas and testing is not required. The ink used for marking the package is on the JPL/NASA list as approved for space flight use (no outgassing).

Hello Tyler,

TPS7H1101A-SP: Only available as Known Good Die and ceramic/hermetic package - no outgassing concern.

LMX2615W-MLS: Currently in preview status. Only available in ceramic/hermetic package - no outgassing concern.

DS96F173MQML: Only available in ceramic/hermetic package - no outgassing concern.

The ADC128S102QML-SP is only available as Known Good Die and ceramic/hermetic package - no outgassing concern.

There is also the ADC128S102CIMT which is a TSOP plastic package. It would require outgas testing which TI does not perform for commercial products.

Please include the full TI part number on these questions. That would allow differentiation of package types and faster answers.
